Monday Morning Music

It’s the last Monday of February, aka Black History Month. I’ve only posted one video including African American musicians so far this month. That doesn’t seem right at all. Let’s fix that.

International Women’s Day

In honor of the holiday, here’s one of my favorite songs about women by one of my favorite artists. Such great lyrics (“I can cut stone with a pen” is especially neat to me), although I do not get the crocodile thing.

Couldn’t find a good video, but the song holds up, I think. What do you think?
