As I mentioned last week, I’ll be dropping a book review on you this week. Tomorrow, to be specific. It’s one of four I have tentatively scheduled over the next few months. Which books are they, you ask? (I hope you asked, anyway) Well, I’ll tell you.
Tomorrow’s:
She Wulf by Sheryl Steines. YA fantasy.
Later in September:
The Book of Paul by Richard Long. Supernatural thriller. I started this yesterday and couldn’t put it down. I’m hopeful.
October, probably:
Oscar Peterson: The Man and His Jazz by Jack Batten. Biography. I received this through the Early Reviewer program at Librarything. Looking forward to digging in. Peterson is one of my (and my husband’s) favorite pianists.
November 10:
Flesh by Khanh Ha. Not sure what genre pile to place this one in, as I haven’t started reading it yet. The cover and synopsis are intriguing, though. My guess is suspense/horror/historical fiction. We shall see. And why the specific date? It’s the date the folks at Novel Publicity & Co. assigned me to for their review-only blog tour for Flesh. Tune in for my thoughts and a chance to win PRIZES.
In other news, I’ll be rewatching The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly tonight and taking notes for my next outsiders post. The Man With No Name trilogy begins.
